Corwin Brown is a third generation Colorado native, born and raised on a
farm/ranch in Baca County, Colorado. He started in the land valuation and
consulting business in 1968. Corwin Brown & Associates, Inc. was established in
1973, specializing in ranch and farm sales, management, appraisal, consulting
and leasing all over the State of Colorado and bordering states.
A residential and commercial sales division was added to the business in 1979, selling properties in Springfield, Walsh, Campo and two Buttes, as well as rural residences and acreage. This division has been overseen by Linda Porter since its inception. Over the years, we at Corwin Brown & Associates, Inc. have developed a specialized service of representing buyers and sellers in acquiring, selling, appraising and managing ranches in Colorado and neighboring states. Corwin Brown & Associates, Inc. presently manages approximately 70,000 acres of privately owned deeded ranches, approximately 10,000 acres of farmland.
