I serve papers as a private process server and Investigator for Baca and Prowers County. A Process Server is an officer of the court when serving valid court documents, valid notice to vacate etc. If the documents are not valid documents of the court, I do not serve them.

I will not serve any "legal looking" papers for collection agencies whose intention is only to harass someone. Documents must be valid court documents with case numbers, dated, and signed or copies of valid documents with dates and signatures.

I will not serve unknown letters or any sealed envelopes or packages with unknown contents.

Prices:
Local in town (Springfield) Service: $45.00
Special or rush Service: $70.00 (total)
Unknown, wrong or no address:
$150.00 Location Investigation charge

For service more than 10 miles outside the town of Springfield, mileage will be charged for all trips. Current physical address must be provided. If not, location investigation charges may apply.

by U.S. Postal Service regular (or priority) mail
