The Pinon Canyon Maneuver Site displaced families and condemned properties in 1983. At the time, they promised that they would never expand the site. Now, the U.S. government has said, through the Army at Fort Carson, that they want more and are proposing to expand the site by 2.5 million acres. The reason for this, we have been told, is because of the evolving "war on terror." There is a plan in the works to escalate and continue the war in the middle east which is a war for oil and power to secure and protect the middle east for the benefit and protection of the State of Israel. Therefore, I assert that the Law of Eminent Domain does not apply to this Pinon Canyon Expansion. This property, our ranch land property, is not being taken for “public use” and it is not within the governments right to take or forcibly purchase any of this property by use of the law of Eminent domain. But they are planning to do it anyway. They will not stop until the entire area of eastern Colorado is under their control one way or another. The majority of the American People do not support this war in the middle east and those in the know, know that the invasion of Iraq was illegal. It had nothing to do with terrorism or weapons of mass destruction, the World Trade Center destruction, the demolition of Building 7 or Osama Bin Laden as we have been told. We were lied to. This war is for power and control in the middle east in an effort to protect Israel, secure the oil, and the federal reserve note we call "the dollar." The "war on terror" is a farce, therefore, this action (Eminent Domain) is illegal. The idea that we are fighting some "War on terror" is being used for the purpose of stealing your power, your rights and now your property. " If they are successful, the Army will take over the ENTIRE Southeast corner of the state of Colorado. The Army broke their promise about live fire in 2004, and now they want to break their promise to American Citizens about not expanding, and they have not provided one valid reason why expansion is necessary. In fact, they haven’t provided much information at all. " Is it about the war in Iraq?:Anyone who believes that we are fighting “terrorism” (In Iraq) or fighting this war for our freedom is also unknowingly supporting the government’s decision to expand Pinon Canon and forcibly take our ranch land for military training purposes. This Pinion Canon Expansion for Military purposes is proof positive that our government plans to move forward and to escalate this war into Iran and other countries surrounding Israel who are a possible threat – to Israel. It is proof positive that there is and has been a long term plan to invade the middle east on the behalf of Israel for a long time, and it is proof positive that no major supported candidate for president, (either democrat or republican) has any other war agenda in mind except to continue and to expand the war in the middle east. The big question:Why? I would like to know why supporting and saving Israel is so important to this country that we should let our children fight and die and that we should give up our ranch land, our property, our rights, and our freedom in order to train troops to fight in the middle east? We are all being deceived: (And lied to.) The Christian Zionists and neo-cons (new conservatives) who support the “return of Jews to Israel” are being completely deceived by Ashkenazi Jews who are descended from the war mongering Khazars (who converted to Judaism) and who are not descendants of the house of Abraham in the first place. They are not Semitic Jews and they are not the “chosen people” and Israel is not their homeland, nor was it ever. (Read The Thirteenth Tribe, written by Arthur Koestler, an Ashkenazi Jew.) Note: It is not about religion, they just want you to believe it is. So if your reason for supporting Israel is that you think that these Ashkenazi Jews are "God's chosen people" and Israel is their "promised land" you are deceived. If there is any other reason we should support Israel, then why don't they just tell us what it is? Because if you knew the truth, they would have no power over you. People are afraid to speak this truth for fear of being harassed and/or called anti-Semitic. But the truth is, the Ashkenazi Jews are not Semitic Jews at all. (This would be a simple thing to prove with DNA research.) Anytime anyone speaks out against Israel, the Zionist Criminals or the Mossad terrorists, they are harassed and called anti-Semitic. This is completely ridiculous. The terrorist are in our own country. This war was initiated by Ariel Sharon for Israel's strategic benefit! As for Pinion Canyon, What good are our local politicians? All they do is flap their jaws enough to get a mention in the local newspaper and a pat on the back; and the federal government just ignores them and continues to move forward with plans to take our land. Those ranchers who refuse to sell their land are then forced to comply by way of Eminent domain and are paid a small amount for it according to the law, and so the next rancher decides to “willingly” sell out so he can get a better or at least decent price for his land. The ranchers who keep saying that their land is "not for sale to the government" will eventually sell out rather than have their land condemned and be paid a fraction of what it is worth. And people will say, “Can you blame them?” Short of that, their only other alternative would be violence, and they would end up in jail or worse. (All the while, some of them will proudly display flags, and bumper stickers that shun war protesters and encourage people to support the troops while they believe their sons are "heroes" fighting "terrorism." ) Are they really? Who will help? I want to know what politician or lawyer is going to really do something to help. What lawyer is bold enough to mention or take on the Zionist criminals who's agenda is to protect and preserve the State of Israel? This is what it boils down to. I asked the question and I will give you the answer: NONE. NADA. And If you think we are fighting a war in the middle east for our freedom, or against something called “terrorism” wake up and think again. We are fighting to protect the State of Israel, for Zionism and for the Ashkenazi Jews who have convinced (fooled) everyone into thinking that they have a right to return to Israel which they claim is their “homeland.” (It is not and never was.) I am saying that the government does not have the RIGHT to secure this land in Southeast Colorado BECAUSE it is NOT being secured for PUBLIC USE. It is being secured for the purpose of training troops for an escalated and illegal INVASION AND WAR in the middle east for the purpose of securing and protecting The State of Israel , Zionism, Ashkenazi Jews, and the power structure whose plan is world domination. This is the same as promoting and supporting dictatorships. There is something really sinister and rotten going on. Bit by bit the noose is being tightened around our sleeping necks. There are criminals among us who operate above the law. Are we now supporters of communism? The Zionist Ashkenazi criminals use lies and deception to convince the world that Israel is their homeland, and was promised to them by God, and that they are persecuted Semites. This is not the truth. The time has come to speak the truth. The time has come for people to wake up and see the whole picture of why their ranch land will soon be used to train troops to fight in the "holy land" in this "holy war" to protect Zionist, Khazars, Mossad terrorists, and the criminals of Israel who call themselves Semitic Jews but are not. In fact, they are extremely tight with China and very close to being a communist government themselves. Broken Promises:The government took land from Native Americans, and broke many promises. Now they are breaking their promises to us and they are taking our ranch land. They are not telling us anything, but how can they be trusted to tell us anything anyway because they are not promise keepers.
